Carrot cream a la Miffy

Father bunny was is San Sebastian – where the hold that movie festival- a whole week and sadly i was not allowed to come with him.

He felt sad about that a he brought a lot of presents for both of us (mother bunny and me). But the biggest one was this recipe:

– 1/2 kg of freh carrots (1 pound)
– two medium onions
– two potatoes
– cream
– cheese (if you like it)

Wash all the stuff, and cut it in small to medium pieces, then boil it for about ten to fifteen minutes.

When everything is soft use your blender and make a nice pureé.
Add some cream and some cheese if you like it… and that’s it.

Enjoy this nice meal.
