This image belongs to the past where I spent my time in
Mandarin Oriental Tokyo.
Just a reminder for FB if Park Hotel ever is fully booked.

I told you 2013 was a year of cars and a similar one was almost our
new family car, but sudden changes finally pointed in a new direction
at the end of the year.

Tometaro continued his training in spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.

This is strictly a two seater and sometimes we need to take old mom with us.

Indoor cycling started to became a serious problem in my life.

We spend sometime in Andorra in one of the snowiest week of 2013.
Lots of fun and some problems to move from one place to another.

In the Plaza Monumental Mall. Old Bull Fighting Arena.

We visited Scotland, where we manage to get some snow too
and visited some Castles, Loch Ness and made some friends…
Father bunny drove his first Mitsubishi and
I spend some time talking with very nice and soft cows and
long time ancestors (hares).

Tometaro, AmpanMan, BaikinMan and my Dutch cousin eating
biscuits we bought in Tokyo.
Below a beautiful t-Shirt FB bought for me while out for running.

Today I have spotted one of the most exclusive cars you can find in the world. And like almost in life it was just by chance.

This is a very rare – they only made 10 units for chinese colectors – Lamborghini LP670 4 SV China edition.

You can find more info here

Around Cambridge in a sunny day: cabriolet cars
Yesterday route was great, of course heavy traffic, speed cameras everywhere, etc, but it was sunny!!!

All the people, even the BBC was truly excited about the second day in a row with sun. Honestly I prefer rain, because I have plenty of sun in my home city, but it was nice to walk over the green grass with a wonderful sun and with termometers around 30 degrees.

With such a sunny day one needs a cabriolet car to feel the fresh air. So I decided to check what Porsche and Aston Martin could offer me.

Sadly my father said soon we will return home and there we don’t have room for a new car. 😦

our route, 230 miles, 5:20 hours driving time
average speed around 35 mph.

Again and again: The Olympics

Again Tometaro and me have traveled to United Kingdom for fifteen days of unless excitement.

When we took our British Airways flight from Barcelona, plenty of gentlemen and ladies who attended music festivals in Spain, we soon realized why Britons are several steps beyond the continental people.

Anyways we are again in this “beatiful” place where sun shines and food is excellent!

Ridin' on Kingdom of Boredom's roads

The one of us who have no airport to build a circuit in UK, like Top Gear, settle with riding on their roads.

I had more fun in New Zealand with the Falcon Mark II Xr6, but I blew two rear tires.

Mercedes S Class

This is the Mercedes flagship , said to us the guy in the rent a car company. Well, that wasn’t my idea of a nice car since I came here to test an Indian car (Jaguar) or a Land Rover, but they don’t have them anymore. May be adding oil everyday has a great impact in business profits.

Obviously the unit is an entry level 350 cdi diesel. Extras? electric sunroof, heated seats (no extra cost in UK) and bluetooth ready. That raises the bill up to 61,780 GBP – that it’s about 74.000 €. Not so bad, I would say that is cheap.

The car handles great with the standard airmatic suspension. It’s a very long car (more than five meters) but it doesn’t feel that long even in curvy roads. The only nightmare is to park it in some parking and of course on the street (parking guidance is standard).

Fuel Consumption? Great for such a big car. Around 8 liters in a real mixed city and road travel at legal speeds but using the more than 60 mkg torque all the time.

So good that i decided that this can be a good replacement car for me. Ok, there are some issues that we did not like it… but i will talk about that later.

Check the price in Mercedes-benz.es to figure up the price in Spain.

93.815 €

For the same fuck*** car!!!!!!!

I need to take some air.

The new AMG SLS Gullwing party

As the only bunny ambassador of both Mercedes Benz and Jimmy Choo I was invited to the new MB SLS presentation in Spain.

Actually I have not managed to know Mr Choo personally and when some of their shoes were sold in H&M I really took some distance from that cheap crap.

Anyways, the car has been designed by Gordon Wagener – whose family owned one 300 SL Gullwing- and of course has some inspiration on that car.

The successor of McLaren SLR, is made by AMG (MB’s sport division) and use the AMG 6.3 V8 Atmospheric engine that is mounted across the several lines. Of course there’re some improvements over this engine to produce 571 HP and lots of torque.

It’ was said that this 6.3 will be the last big displacement AMG to take into consideration emissions. They move from a 5.5 + Kompressor scheme.

The official data says the gas consupmtion is about 13 liters / 100 km. Do I need to say anything to that? Besides the press release remarks that it uses a lightweight carbon fiber driveshaft!!! Like a Nissan 350 /370.

Anyways lot of people inside the hall to admire a dark grey SLS and some girls wearing Choo’s sandals. Nice stand up menu with nice wine and drinks and just one latest advice:

There only a few left, almost all the Spanish allotted cars are sold. Remember that we are in a PIGS country.

More about Milano: Via Montenapoleone.

You surely thought that having a new brother will change my mood, but you missed the point.

I am more demanding, more spoiled, and more impertinent than ever before.

And in Milano I really wanted to drive my Miffa’s Orange GT3, a car that surely will blast any stupid Italian car.

“You look nice in your wanna be sport car, Mr. Evaseé” but our German hammer will surely make some scratchs on your car.

Now, the fight is open, dare to defy the fastest bunny, ever.

Let’s get some profits out of the economic crisis

Everyday during past months and even now the newspapers and news talk about crisis, recession, economic problems and new disasters to come.

As you know my grandpa – who put me and my sister in an orphanage when we were born- is one of the richest individuals of Asia. Surely his remorse made him to put some money in a Swiss account to guarantee our education and future. Of course the rules to access that money were and still are very strict. As an example my sister Aurore has been living in a floating house in Aberdeen during three years and she didn’t even know about that money existence.

I managed to take over the money – now it’s not the time to explain how I did it- and I decided to invest it in some “cannot miss” opportunities. I have gone over some problem with my investments and my position is not very good. To explain it plain, I’ve lost almost 50 % of my little fortune.

Could you say that it’s a big catastrophe?

Well, may be a pain in the ass, while I wait to recover from my looses – Think that half a fortune is better than just a salary- I am living with my step parents, paying no rent, no food, no water, no nothing!

And the crisis is not as bad if you have some cash, fuel prices are going down, car vendors – worried about their sales dropping 40 % or more- offer you incredible prices (if you pay with real money or you have good credit)

My Aston needed some fixes and it’s not the kind of car you want to drive these days (May be someone thinks that I am banker and put the car on fire), so I decided to get a new little limo for me and Aurore Marie.

It’s a nice black Mercedes Benz CLS with little luxuries like a DVD player, footrest, working table and full leather interior. Blame me for being so hedonist but at least I have paid my car with my own money.

An Australian Interceptor Car

Yeah, I am in New Zealand but most of the cars here come from Asia or Australia. In my previous travel I discovered that Australian cars have more in common with American ones than to European models. Our Holden Commodore looked like an Opel Omega but the powerplant and the transmission were the type you can expect in USA.

Holden – A GM owned company – developed the new Commodore from scratch with a new platform, new engines and new interiors. That was the car FB was expecting, and that the car he booked with AVIS.

This is not a Commodore, it’s a Falcon XR6 that flied over NZ’s windy roads

The guys from AVIS try harder but unfortunately this is not enough. We got a Ford Falcon Mark II SR6 because they can only guarantee the car class and not the model.

So we got a 2007 bright red Falcon with rear and front spoilers, side skirts, sport tuned suspension and just 4.0 litre, 195 kw, 6 speed sequential transmission. Almost 5 meters of car fitted with 235/45 ZR 17 tyres.

Just the family car we were expected.

The childs, Miffo was unsure about her seating options,
but finally she decided to buckled up on the left side

Yumm, this car is fast and superbly tuned up for the NZ roads.
Even in non sealed roads.

The interior is crappy, we must admit that, the materials are the cheapest one
and the finish is something you won’t find in the cheapest Dacia car.
Note the Tom Tom is our own unit bought in Spain.
